Supporting the needs and preferences of the cancer community in their learning communication is necessary.As they communicate very frequently among each other. Caregivers communicate with medical practitioners, patients communicate with each other on their progress, and a lot more. Currently they communicate through telephone calls, which incur a lot of expenditure.This book describes a study that proves the necessity of an online collaborative communication system among the cancer community.
